John W. Thyden

John W. Thyden, founding partner of Thyden Gross and Callahan and of Maryland Divorce Lawyers.com, has practiced for over 25 years in Family Law, bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, and real estate tax appeals. Mr. Thyden holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University, and a Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics from New York University.

He is a frequent author of divorce, child support, child custody, alimony, Family Law issues, and bankruptcy articles.

He recently won a landmark Family Law case before the Court of Special Appeals in Maryland concerning the valuation of marital property.

He serves on the Law Advisory Committee of the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith and is a member of American Mensa Limited and Metropolitan Washington Mensa.
