Nelson A. Garcia

Nelson A. Garcia, a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars, practices in all areas of Family Law. He also practices in areas of Personal Injury Litigation. Formerly with Robert A. Ades & Associates where he practiced in all areas of Family Law, Mr. Garcia has extensive litigation experience. He graduated from Florida State University in 1979, where he earned a B.A., English and Business Co-Major, and earned his Juris Doctor in 1983 from Boston College Law School. He is also currently a Commissioner on the Montgomery County Maryland Commission for Women. Mr. Garcia lectures frequently on divorce and separation, domestic violence and other Family Law Matters and is a frequent talk-show participant on radio in these areas. He speaks fluent Spanish.
