He is co-founder and president of the Collaborative Family Law Society of MD, VA & DC, and managing partner of Thyden Gross and Callahan in Chevy Chase, Maryland. He was named among the DC area's top divorce lawyers by Washingtonian Magazine in 2004.

Mr. Gross holds degrees in engineering (BSChE), law (JD) and taxation (MLT). He lives with his family in Potomac, Maryland.
